Gold Rush Technology has been supplying IT Products and Services to a wide range of customers since 2000. We are a small home based business (and proud of the fact), and aim to provide excellent products with fantastic customers service. We supply a range of specialised IT products and services to both business and home user customers.
John Jacobson is Managing Director, which means he gets to manage and direct everything. He now lives in Titirangi, Auckland, New Zealand, but with the wonderful technologies of VOIP and remote access software, means everything continues similar to when he lived in Eltham Victoria. It will just be the occasional trip home to do major projects, and catch up with family, friends and football.
Gold Rush has the following typical clients:
- small businesses that require a one-stop "IT Guy" who can manage all things IT from computers, to internet, websites, software. Doesn't mean we do it all, but we make sure that the best solution is delivered, and problems are solved.
- larger businesses that require value for money equipment and software with the correct advices. We can supply everything bigger businesses can, without the big business price, and with the sort of advice that comes from a practictioner not a sales person. Businesses that have a dedicated IT Manager, but only a small IT department (often of one) can gain lots of value from our service and support.
