you would consider a service level agreement. This typically suits
an organisation that may otherwise be considering employing an IT
Manager. Using Service Level agreement would typically cost 25% of
the cost of employing an IT Manager, yet get all the benefits.

Typical
Service Level Agreement Rates
Service Level Agreements are negotiated on a client by client
basis, and tailored to suit the client's requirements. There are
three components to the rates; a monthly retainer, an hourly rate
for support, and a daily rate for major projects. The retainer will
vary depending on the size of the organisation.
- A normal retainer would be $450 per month
- The hourly support rate will be $125 per hour
- The daily rate will be $1000 per day.
- All rates exclusive of GST
